These Terms & Conditions apply to purchases made through katjainga.com.
By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

2. Products
KATJA INGA sells clothing and fashion products.
Some items are made to order. Minor variations in color, materials, and craftsmanship may occur and shall not be considered defects.
3. Orders
After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation by email.
A purchase agreement is concluded only after your order has been accepted and confirmed.
KATJA INGA reserves the right to reject or cancel any order due to pricing errors, suspected fraud, technical issues, or other legitimate reasons.
4. Prices
All prices displayed on the website include VAT where applicable.
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and local fees, which are the responsibility of the customer.
5. Payment
Payments are processed through the payment methods available at checkout, including Klarna and major credit/debit cards.
Customers are also subject to the terms of the selected payment provider.
6. Shipping and Delivery
KATJA INGA ships worldwide.
Estimated delivery time is generally 1–2 weeks, depending on product availability, production time, destination, and customs processing.
Orders are primarily shipped via PostNord and its logistics partners.
KATJA INGA is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs authorities, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
7. Right of Withdrawal and Returns
Consumers within the European Union have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving the product.

Returned items must be unused, in their original condition, with tags attached and original packaging included.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise required by law.
Exceptions
The right of withdrawal does not apply to products that are custom-made or produced according to the customer's specifications, as permitted under applicable consumer protection laws.
8. Defective Products and Claims
If a product is defective or damaged upon delivery, customers should contact KATJA INGA as soon as possible.
Where a claim is accepted, we may offer repair, replacement, refund, or another remedy in accordance with applicable law.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on the website, including text, images, logos, graphics, and designs, is owned by or licensed to KATJA INGA and protected by intellectual property laws.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, KATJA INGA shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the website or purchased products.
11. Force Majeure
KATJA INGA shall not be held liable for delays or failures resulting from circumstances beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, governmental actions, transportation disruptions, or similar events.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sweden.
Any disputes shall first be resolved through mutual discussions. Consumers within the EU may also access the European Online Dispute Resolution platform where applicable.
