RETURNS & EXCHANGES

 

In 2025, every garment on www.katjainga.com is handmade in our studio in Stockholm. Most pieces are made to order, specifically for you, so please keep this in mind when ordering from our online store. This is why we must be strict with returns and exchanges.

The Ava Top, Ava Skirt, Ava Twisted Mini Skirt, and Ava Skirt are already made in our studio and ready to be shipped the next business day.

If you experience any sizing issues after receiving your garment, please contact us at info@katjainga.com within 14 days, and we’ll be happy to assist you.

If you have any complaints regarding your garment, please contact us at info@katjainga.com. This must be done within 14 days of receiving your order.

According to the Swedish Distance Selling Act, you have the right to withdraw your purchase within 14 days from the date you receive your order.

If you, as a customer, request to cancel an order after we have begun working on it, or if the garment is already finished, a refund will still be issued, but we reserve the right to retain 30% of the total amount to cover the time and labor invested in your piece.

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
